New NAMC Houston Board Officerselected for 2021 – 2022 period |
We want to thank all NAMC Houston members who showed up in great numbers last month at our General Membership meeting and re-elected five of our fifteen board members for a new three year period.
The renewed Board of Directors met last week for its first meeting of the 2021 – 2022 period and elected the new executive officers that will lead the Board in this upcoming year.
Roger Pombrol, President of Emerald Standard, Electrical Contractors and Engineers, was elected Board Chair after three years serving as Executive Vice Chair. Ricky Cortez, President of MCA Communications will now assume the position of Executive Vice Chair, and Jorge Mancilla, Principal at Gutier LLC, will serve as Vice Chair.
Heather Kelly and Carol MacNeil will continue to serve as Board Secretary and Treasurer respectively, rounding the Executive Committee of the NAMC Houston Board of Directors.
| Finally, we want to thank Ruben Mercado for his leadership and outstanding service as Board Chair for the previous three years. Ruben will remain on the Board of Directors, joining John Bowles, also a previous Chair of the organization, for what is now a long tradition of stability and continuity at NAMC Houston that ensures the continued growth and prosperity of our esteemed organization for the benefit of all our members. |  |
